The term hippotherapy (Professor Kaser/Ursual Kunzle) was used in conjunction with orthopaedic, neurological and psychiatric problems, but the therapeutic riding school (Zinke) also had a slot in the program. The congress already achieved a greater response in specialist circles, in Europe at any rate. Therapeutic Riding increasingly became a generic term.
